Dan Honc, President of Honc Industries, brings over 30 years experience in all aspects of commercial and residential site development, and is a Florida State Certified Underground Utility Contractor. Dan is a lifelong resident and businessman of Southwest Florida. He lives with his wife Donna and has 5 grown children.
Steve Honc, Vice President of Honc Industries, holds the Florida State Certified General Contractor, Florida State Certified Plumbing Contractor & Florida Registered Septic Contractor Licenses. He makes his home on Pine Island and is a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida. He lives with his wife, Natalie, & their 3 children.
Jake Herring, Treasurer of Honc Industries, has been designing, permitting and performing construction management of both public and private development projects in Southwest Florida for over 10 years. An Alumnus of University of Central Florida, Jake graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, is a State Licensed Professional Engineer and is an active member of the Fort Myers Rotary and CCCIA. Jake was born and raised on Pine Island and is a lifelong resident of Lee County. He lives with his wife, Lacey, and they have 2 children.
Alex Honc, Permitting Technician & Project Coordinator at Honc Industries, handles the permitting of residential projects throughout Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties. Alex also handles the estimating of residential demolitions throughout these areas. Alex was born and raised on Pine Island and now resides in Cape Coral.
Chris Robertson is a Sitework Supervisor/Project Estimator at Honc Industries and has been in the residential and commercial site development industry for 23 years. Starting as a laborer, Chris has worked his way up through the ranks as an operator, crew leader, project manager, and estimator. He and his wife Crystal have been successful business owners here in the local area as well. Born and raised on Pine Island, Chris now lives in Cape Coral with his wife and four children.
Penny A. Sappah, Commercial Estimator/Project Manager at Honc Industries. Penny has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Mrs. Sappah has worked in both the residential and commercial development realms of construction during this period. Penny has been a resident of Southwest Florida for 35 years and resides with her husband Tim and has 3 grown children.
Jayson Rider, Business Development Manager at Honc Industries brings over 25 years of both Commercial and Residential Construction Business Development experience. He is an active member of the CCCIA, Lee BIA, and Florida Restaurant & Lodging Assoc. He is proud to call Pine Island his home for over 38 years. When he takes time from the office or the field Jayson has his family (Kelly, Josslyn, Darien and Landon) on the water!
Terry Broxton is Commercial Superintendent at Honc Industries and has been in Sitework And Paving industries for 17 years. Starting out as an operator Terry advanced through the following positions, Foreman, Field Supervisor, and Asphalt Quality Control Superintendent. He currently resides in Alva FL with his wife and four children.
